Week 13

I have finished most of the things I planned on doing over this last week. I finished writing the story for my media production and have moved onto the production of it. I hope to have finished filming and editing the video within around 3 weeks. I didn't manage to finish off the evaluation for my English coursework but am happy with the progress I have made.

Next week - for next week I hope to have begun production on it.

Week 12

Last week I finished off my second English piece for my coursework. I am happy with how it went but felt as though I could have worked on the story a little more. I also have revised over the key theories in language in gender and believe I have a better grasp of them.

Next week - I hope to have completed my evaluation for my English coursework by next week and I also hope to have finished writing the plot of my video in  media so that I can move onto the production of it.

Week 11

Last week I managed to start developing a plan for my second piece of English coursework. I am happy so far with plan and have done a lot more research into the theories behind media products.

Next week - By this time next week I hope to have started on my second English coursework piece and to have revised the theories behind language and gender for English.

Week 10

I managed to finish off my first piece of English coursework and have given it to my teacher so he can give me feedback and I can improve upon it.

Next week - for next week I am planning to start forming a plan on what I shall do for my second piece of coursework in English. I also hope to make more progress on the research and planning into my media coursework.

Week 9

I have almost finished the beginning of my english coursework and am happy with the progress made on it.

Next week - finish my first piece of english coursework and make more progress on unit 12

Week 8

From last week i managed to make a start on y english coursework. I didn't manage to make any progress on my media coursework but have made additions to it.

Next week - continue the work on my english coursework and make more progress on my IT and media coursework

Week 7

Over last week I revised the theories in language in power and completed the plan for my english coursework

Next week - for next week i hope to have started on my first english coursework piece and to have made progress on completing unit 1 for Mr Allen.

Week 6

From last week I managed to complete my research into the codes and conventions of media products and revise over some of my English terminology.

Next week - go over the theories for language in power, complete M3 for my IT coursework and start to plan out my English coursework.

Week 5

I didn't manage to complete my English homework from last week which has disapointed me, however I did complete the research into the third media product that I planned to do.

Next week - I plan to write about the codes and conducts in films for my media coursework, make as much progress as possible on unit one for Mr Allen and work on my English terminology.

Week 4

I managed to complete my CV for Mr Allen and research into 2 media products. I didn't manage to get 3 products fully researched but am happy with the work I have done.

Next week - for next week i hope to complete the homework assigned to me by my english teacher, research another media product and complete P1 for Mr Allen

Week 3

Last week - I completed P3 and P5 and have started on my first draft of D2. I also managed to revise for the English mock.

This week - this week I plan on completing my first draft of my CV for Mr Allen, start my media coursework by starting planning and researching into different media products and finish D2 for my IT coursework.

Next Week - by this time next week I hope to have finished P1 and P3 of my IT coursework, research into 3 media products and revise for English.

Week 2

This week I hope to complete P3 and P5 for Mr Reilley, and P6 for Mr Allen.

I also am planning to revise for the English mock exam that I will be taking soon.

By making this plan every week I hope to improve my organisation skills and get all my work done on time and to the best of my ability.

Week 1

Hola, my name is Matt and I am 16 years. I am in the first year of sixth form and i'm studying physics, IT, Media and English Language. In my free time I like to watch rugby and play from time to time. At the moment I don't have a job but am looking for one and would love to find a job that would take into account the days I wouldn't vbe able to work due to my commitments to other things in my life. I'm not sure what job I would like to have when I have left school but I have a few ideas.
